Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, as the Assistant Finance Director, you will play a crucial role within the client's small finance team, bridging transactional processes to organization-wide reporting. About the role:
- Provide strategic financial advice, accurate reporting, and forecasting to stakeholders. Manage financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Create a variety of financial and business documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor spending against budgets, develop financial reports, and track expenses, billing, and payments.
- Maintain the asset register and oversee annual stock take and valuation processes.
- Lead compliance efforts, develop policies, and ensure financial governance frameworks are followed. Manage and supervise finance team members. Assist the Financial team with additional tasks as required.
