Qualifications & experience
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Computer literate including Microsoft office suite
- Punctual, reliable, self-motivated, well organised and able to work unsupervised
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing workshop system platforms including updating electronic plant and vehicle repairs and service records and managing service schedules.
- Manage workshop purchase orders for parts and external repairs
- Provide administrative support to the Workshop teams
- Managing workshop quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy of receipting.
