We are seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent.

The Role:

Reporting to the Course Superintendent, the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Assist with day to day Golf Course maintenance and course preparation.
• Supervision, training and further development of staff.
• Planning and collaborating Golf Course maintenance programs and course upgrades. 

We are looking for:

• Minimum Certificate III in sports turf management.
• 5+ years in a sports turf management or wanting to make that next step up into a management role.
• Good communication, leadership skills and very team orientated.
• Ability to work flexible hours including availability of weekend course preparation shifts.
• Experience with Irrigation maintenance & repairs. 
• Experience and knowledge in chemical and fertiliser applications. 
• Drivers Licence
• Work rights in Australia
