Provide crucial support to RAC’s Parks and Resorts by collaborating closely with the Corporate Finance and Senior Leadership teams. Reporting to Financial Controller –
Business Partnering, your role will involve aiding in strategy formulation and execution, ensuring strong financial stewardship across all RAC businesses and support functions. This role is being offered as a Full-time 12-month max term contract, based in our West Perth office.
What will you be doing?- Fostering strong relationships across the CFO function, offering insights for growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with business leaders to streamline financial processes and services.
- Develop strategies to enhance financial services and support, focusing on efficiency and compliance.
- Provide expert analysis, advice, and guidance to business leaders, ensuring alignment with RAC's purpose and mission.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Identify and capitalise on profitable growth opportunities.
What are we looking for in you?
- Strong accounting, commercial, and analytical abilities.
- Experience working in a similar size organisation, as part of a centralise team servicing multiple diverse business units.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey financial insights and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Passion for driving financial performance and organizational success.
- Proficiency in data analytics and planning tools.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance or a related field are mandatory.
- Membership of relevant industry bodies (ACA, CPA) is required.
- Extensive experience in accounting standards and compliance obligations.
