Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III/IV in Individual Support.
- Minimum 6 months Aged Care Experience.
- Current Police Check & Current Vaccination Record.
Skills and experience :
- Experience in assisting residents with activity of daily livings (ADLs).
- Care coordination and care advocacy of residents.
- Good Communication Skills.
