Role Description/Criteria
The ICT Help Desk Officer represents a key public face within the ICT team and will effectively deliver ICT support services in a timely and welcoming manner for all students and staff.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours when working with children. Experience in an educational environment as well as a sound knowledge of general operating systems and software used in schools is desirable.
This position is full time and ongoing.
