We are seeking a well-rounded and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to two Directors within our client's organisation. This is an opportunity to join a company renowned for its exceptional culture, fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy diary & email management and the ability to proactively manage & efficiently organize two Directors.
- Expense claims and keeping track of financial metrics of the business
- Proactively assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports and agendas
- Handle inbox management, prioritizing and responding to emails as appropriate.
- Arrange travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
- Coordinating events and meetings
- Attend team meetings and send out follow-up actions
- Organise Travel, Car, and accommodation to ensure a seamless journey
- Taking notes and following up on action points
- Working across projects
- Formatting documents and creating templates
- Organising meetings
- Supporting the team with any meeting coordination
- Ad hoc support work as required by the team
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting two executives in engineering.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
