Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant in Nursing to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and prepared to contribute to our nurturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide personal care as required.
- Support registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for patient comfort and safety.
- Document and report patient observations and interactions as directed by the nursing team.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a related field.
- Experience in providing compassionate care to individuals in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a supportive team environment.
