Responsibilities:
Deliver the highest quality, person-centred, care to residents.
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements.
Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members.
Work within a diverse team to deliver best practice clinical care that supports and enhances residents needs and well-being.
Ensure there is a clear and succinct handover from shift to shift.
Monitor client health and update care journal notes accordingly.
To be successful, you’ll need:
Valid AHPRA Certification
Police Check
Valid Australian Working Rights
