Assistant In Nursing

We have recently been appointed by our clients to recruit further Assistants in Nursing/Personal Care Workers to help support their facilities in the Northern Beaches area.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assessing and monitoring patient health
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary health team
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Providing patient and family education
• Responding effectively in emergency situations

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)
• 2023 Influenza Vaccine
• Covid-19 Vaccination and booster
• Minimum 6 months experience working in Australia
• Full working rights in Australia
• Must be currently based in Australia
• Current driver's license or access to reliable transport
• Able to travel up to 30 minutes to facilities.

About you:

• You have your Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field of study.
• You will have clear and confident communication skills to ensure excellent communication with team members, residents, and family members.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise with a matured sense of leadership and ability to motivate others in a positive direction.
• All of Dash Group's registered nurses are caring and compassionate – non-negotiable!
• Be prepared to go through full credentialing prior to placement.
