The Assistant Inventory Controller is responsible in assisting in the management and performance of the Inventory areas of the business. You will also be responsible for providing financial, clerical, and administrative services within company policies and procedures to ensure efficient, timely and accurate recording of inventory information.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Facilitate Stocktake and processing
- Inventory Adjustments and Investigation
- Analysis and Reporting
- Create Recipes in system
- Journal Posting for month-end closing
- Previous experience in warehousing and/or inventory management environment
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar finance related role
- Demonstrated experience in supervising people and monitoring project schedules
- Strong knowledge and exposure in Food & Beverage cost control analysis and inventory control management
- Food & Beverage product knowledge
- Previous exposure to the hospitality industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- High level of computer literacy - Efficient with Excel and financial systems
