RICARDA is a leading Australian retailer offering luxury fashion and design products from national and international designers.
RICARDA is looking for a highly organised and analytical inventory and Administration Assistant to join our passionate and dedicated team.
This position is ideally suited to a junior, who has worked in a similar role for 2 years and is now ready to expand and grow their responsibility in Inventory and Administration management.
The role is based in our head office in Claremont, Western Australia. This is a permanent full time or part time position with the flexibility of either 4 or 5 days per week.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Accept and receive in all incoming stock.
- Check incoming stock against relevant documentation and report inaccuracies.
- Unpack, and accurately price stock.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and cleanliness with all stock.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and organisation of the stock room.
- Manage all stock discrepancies, faults, repairs and dry cleaning.
- Manage and assist with stock replenishment for retail stores.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and resolve discrepancies efficienlty.
- Carry out efficient and effective stocktakes.
- Purchase order management.
- Procurement Planning.
- Online order management and customer service.
- Stock reporting and analysis.
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested.
About you:
- Bachelor of Commerce (or similar)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with retail inventory management software
- Experience with Retail Express highly regarded.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Google Suite
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interest in problem solving and figuring out the ‘why’ when managing stock movement logs.
- Strong mathematical and analytical mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- A ‘can do attitude’ nothing too big or too small.
- Current WA driver's license.
