- Inventory Administration Assistant
- Data Entry Lightspeed Retail (Vend) & Shopify
- Permant Part- Time | Full - Time
- Must be able to start immediately.
ABOUT THE ROLE |
The role is autonomous however under the directive of the owner, you will be assisting with the day-to-day inventory stock control and administration duties pertaining to back of office data entry on Lightspeed Retail (Vend) & Shopify that is In line with the Lula & Sasha’s internal policies & procedures.
The duties are outlined below however not indictive of complete role.
- Accept & receive in all incoming stock deliveries.
- Check all incoming stock against invoice and report and inaccuracies.
- Unpack, hang, and store all stock deliveries.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and cleanliness with all stock.
- Maintain a high standard of presentation and organisation of the stock room to achieve efficient operations for online and the store.
- Manage all stock related issues including quality control, faults, repairs and dry cleaning.
- Manage the maintenance of the internal stock systems.
- Purchase order management.
- Manage and assist with stock replenishment on the shop floor.
- Manage the day-to-day running of stock preparation and dispatch to our stores in an orderly and timely manner.
- Maintain consistent Inventory control/stock take at all times ensuring any discrepancies are resolved immediately.
- Online order management and customer service.
- Stock reporting and analysis.
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested.

ABOUT YOU |
To be successful for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor of Commerce (or similar)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with retail inventory management software
- Experience with Retail Express highly regarded.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Google Suite
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interest in problem solving and figuring out the ‘why’ when managing stock movement logs.
- Strong mathematical and analytical mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- A ‘can do attitude’ nothing too big or too small.
- Current WA driver's license and own vehicle
