Job Description
Your main job duties will include:
- Drive, lead, coach and develop the Accounts Receivable team
- Ensure that receivable payments are allocated timely and unallocated payments are kept to a minimum.
- Work with internal & external stakeholders to resolve any disputed debts in ledger and manage bad debts for the business.
- Be involved in projects, reviewing existing processes, recommending, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in Accounts Receivable (2+ years). They will be a proven leader who has had experience leading others, and helping coach/develop team members. Strong stakeholder management is a must, as well as strong attention to detail with strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
