About the job:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on leader who is passionate about process and product quality, loves managing inventory and food preparation, and thrives in a great team culture. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient back-of-house operation.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory levels and placing orders
- Preparing meals according to standards
- Supervising kitchen staff to ensure product quality
- Assisting with budgeting and food cost analysis
- Upholding kitchen cleanliness and presentation
- Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace
- Handling kitchen opening and closing duties
