Tribe@Success are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the team and ensuring the smooth running of the Centre. The Assistant Manager will be a key player in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and provide high level of quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Good communication skills, and ability to build trusted relationships with families and the wider community.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve high quality care and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to provide engaging, child lead experiences
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
- Willing to be a responsible person in line with National Regulations
- Available to work Monday to Friday between 7:00am– 6:00pm (can offer flexible working arrangements for the perfect candidate)
Successful candidates will be highly motivated and passionate about the Early Childhood sector and must have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood (desirable)
- Diploma in Children's Services (minimum requirement)
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- WWCC
- First Aid, Allergy and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Family Assistance Law Training (or willing to obtain)
