As an Assistant Manager, you will play a strategic role in our client's business/commercial banking team. You will work closely with Relationship Managers across a diverse portfolio, ensuring that connections with clients are second to none. Your responsibilities will include everything from credit submissions and deal structuring to financial analysis. Your keen financial insights will be invaluable in spotting potential risks associated with existing or new clients and their financial requests. Regularly reviewing portfolios, you will ensure that the best quality credit is maintained while keeping our relationships with commercial clients in excellent shape.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers across a varied portfolio to maintain and enhance client relationships
- Assist in generating high-quality deals, including credit submissions, deal structuring, and financial analysis
- Identify potential risks associated with existing or new clients and their financial requests
- Conduct cash flow, risk, and financial statement analysis
- Regularly review portfolios to ensure the best quality credit is maintained
- Maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
