About the role
We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support to a fabulous team at our Darra branch. Working closely with your team you'll ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia!

A bit about your role
- Ensuring customers receive friendly and the best possible service.
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture
- Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
- Work closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies
A bit about you
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable
- Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
