We are seeking experienced and well-versed hotel managers to join our team. We are looking to fill senior management positions at Pink Hill Hotel and at our other hotels.
Pink Hill Hotel Beaconsfield is a new purpose-built state of the art venue which includes a large bistro, multiple function spaces, large sports bar with TAB facilities, multiple outdoor spaces and a gaming area.
The other hotels, which are predominantly located in the southeast include bottleshops, bistros, Gaming & wagering facilities and accommodation.
We are seeking managers with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail and with the management team help establish and maintain procedures and best practice.
We require the right candidates to have experience in all areas of a busy hotel. Duties will include day to day running of the hotel, maintaining a high level of service and leading by example with a hands-on approach is expected. The successful applicants will be required to liaise with management, security and other staff to ensure the smooth running of shifts in order to ensure high customer service expectations are achieved and kept up along with a safe and inviting venue for patrons and staff. A high standard of communication, conduct, presentation and integrity along with a strong work ethic is required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A current Gaming license, RSG & RSA
- TAB operator accredited.
- Be across all gaming & wagering regulatory requirements.
- Experience in managing, training and development of staff
- Strong food & beverage knowledge
- Permanent Residency in Australia
- Ability to be flexible with all shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
