Pure South Kitchen is an iconic Melbourne restaurant & bar on the Southbank Boardwalk. We are looking for the right person to help lead our Front of House team, to assist the Restaurant Manager in our 7-day operations.

•  Excellent food & bar knowledge
•  Excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills
•  Relevant hospitality experience,

About Us:

Pure South Dining & Pure South Kitchen are two restaurants together. We have forged a reputation for offering a beautiful dining experience based on stunning produce from King Island, Flinders Island and Tasmania since 2004.

‘Pure South Dining’ is our dining room on the 1st floor where we deliver a contemporary and sophisticated restaurant dining experience.

‘Pure South Kitchen’ is our bistro on the river level where we offer a more casual dining experience with a bar vibe, and the same beautiful standard of food as the dining room upstairs.

We visit the Tasmanian ‘Pure South’ regularly to enhance the menu that we offer. The solid relationships that we have built with farmers and fishermen over the years ensure the quality of the produce that we put on the plate for our guests. Small planes deliver produce from Tasmania and the islands several times per week.
