Qualifications & experience
- Full manual driver's license.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience within Hire Industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Forklift license.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer facing front desk operations, including check in and check out of equipment for hire.
- Work with Manager to delegate and oversee daily branch duties.
- Manage plant and equipment maintenance, prepare equipment for hire.
- Opening and close of branch as required, operational days are Monday - Saturday.
- General site callouts to complete delivery or provide customer support.
