Taking and managing customer fuel orders, answer inquiries, and supporting sales enquires.
Assisting with the management of depot & local transport operations including the scheduling of bulk fuel customer deliveries and fuel ordering in.
Coordinating oil and lubricant supplies, storage, and customer deliveries.
Skills & attributes.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing entering & managing information.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g.., Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with administrative software systems. Not essential.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Collaborative approach to work and willingness to support colleagues as needed.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
Valid driver's licence
