Assistant Manager

*Assistant Manager or somebody who is ready to step up to Assistant Manager role with relevant Quick Service Restaurant experience.

-Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards
-Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement
-Train new hires on proper food handling techniques, customer service skills, and cash register operations
-Assist the store manager in developing strategies to increase sales and profitabilityNow about you!Skills and abilities we are looking for:-Experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants with experience creating and managing rosters
- You are somebody who is looking for stable, long term, consistent position with great opportunities for grow.
-Exposure to rostering systems and open to be trained up from day one
-Engaging and personable individual who is striving to lead by example
-Exceptional customer service skills, somebody who naturally thrives on delivering awesome experience
-Ideally have a driver's licence
