About Us:
Oilsplus is a leading fuel distribution company servicing Central and Western New South Wales through our network of Shell branded services stations, our fuel & lubricants distribution facilities. We are a locally run business offering fast, friendly, safe, and reliable fuel & lubricant deliveries to our much valued customers. We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team. As Assistant Manager for our West Wyalong operation you will be responsible for:
- Administrative tasks related to wholesale sales, depot & transport operations. Assist with retail service station site administration.
- Taking and managing customer fuel orders, answer inquiries, and supporting sales enquires.
- Assisting with the management of depot & local transport operations including the scheduling of bulk fuel customer deliveries and fuel ordering in.
- Coordinating oil and lubricant supplies, storage, and customer deliveries.
- If qualified, assist as a backup driver for our local bulk fuel deliveries. Not a requirement as training will be provided for the right person.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fuel distribution or related industry preferred but not essential.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing entering & managing information.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g.., Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with administrative software systems. Not essential.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Collaborative approach to work and willingness to support colleagues as needed.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
