  • Managing and liaising with Hard Services specialist vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions along with nominated scope of works.
  • Helping to drive safety culture across the Centre by example, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and that safety incident reporting is completed, actioned and closed out
  • Driving the overall property presentation standards including cleaning, security, customer service and maintenance and undertake regular inspections of the building and plant and determine the extent and priority of any repair works or other attention required.
  • In conjunction with the Tenancy Delivery Manager, manage the tenancy delivery process with smooth transition of new retailers into the Shopping Centre.
  • Participate in the Duty Manager shift roster during peak periods, events or when required.

What makes you stand out

You would ideally be trades qualified, with relevant prior experience in a facilities role within a shopping centre environment and have sound problem solving and negotiation skills.
