The Wesley Pharmacy is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to help develop and lead our team improve efficiency and staff compliance with defined processes.
The role is full-time (40hr/wk) and will be based at Auchenflower. The position will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be overseeing several high-performance teams – where attention to detail and rate of work are critical aspects of daily operations.

About you:
- Possess post-secondary education in Business Management or similar.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Operational Management, with proven leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated experience with proven success in developing, leading, and managing staff in line with quality human and financial resources. management practices.
- Show excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Have an understanding of HR principles, basic accounting, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet service goals and objectives within agreed time frames.
- Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to train in industry-specific software and fix basic IT issues.
