About the role
As the Merchandise Allocator you are responsible for supporting the buyer, planner and all buying functions across the board to support the achievement of sales, GP and inventory budget and optimisation of profitability.

• Process stock allocation to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained and missed opportunities to delight our customers are minimal
• Analyse and determine indent & replenishment model stock quantities quarterly
• Liaise and coordinate with the logistics & operations team regarding deliveries, stock transfers and online warehouse deliveries
• Analyse stock on hand reporting and action stock consolidations to maximise sales and profit
• Collaborate with entire merchandise team escalating to Buyer and Planner to improve sales opportunities
• Size curve analysis & Ad hoc analysis of relevant reporting

Skills and experience 

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with a positive and upbeat attitude
• Experience in allocations within the apparel industry 
• A flexible, organised and solutions-oriented approach with an ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel
