Based in the heart of the CBD, they are now after an after an Assistant Practice Manager to supervise the maintenance and operational requirements of the business by providing administrative and logistical support to its staff on-site in a full-time permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Support the Practice Manager with firm invoicing arrangements.
- Assist with tenancy requirements.
- Source and manage appropriate and cost-effective venues for client functions and events.
- Coordinate expenses and reimbursements.
- Participate and assist in the induction of new team members.
- Work with the Principal and Practice Manager to update the firm’s marketing and external facing materials and documents.
- Organise and manage travel arrangements for team members including air travel and accommodation.
- Coordinate team meetings.
- Coordinate and purchase office equipment.
- Assist in maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Must either be an Australian citizen or holder of a current permanent residency visa.
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative/management role within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level organisational skills with strong attention to detail
