About the Role:
You will be required to:
- Provide professional technical support; answering client support queries via phone and email.
- Support clients remotely.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- Take ownership of user problems and be pro-active when dealing with client issues.
- Log all calls and client problems into the call logging system.
- Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
- Support clients in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Full Australian work rights
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT environment (MSP experience preferred)
- Certification/Qualification – Microsoft Certification or equivalent.
- Current valid Australian Driver's License
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills including written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Favourable Skills/Experience:
- Microsoft Foundation qualification or higher
- Knowledge in Office 365 suite (Emails, SharePoint, One Drive), migrations, administrations, and licensing
- Exposure to Network Technologies, Routers, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Server Platforms
- Knowledge of VoIP Solutions (3CX Preferable)
- Certification/Knowledge in Ubiquiti Products
- Knowledge in Datto products
