About this opportunity:

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a key support role to the wider Red Bee Media Captioning and Audio Description teams. This is a remote working role where you will be expected to undertake a range of administrative tasks under the direction of the Production Manager on duty. This role will work closely with all members of the Red Bee Teams (Service Delivery Group, File, Live and Audio Description teams). Our coordinators will liaise with clients, production companies and external suppliers to source materials. When required, they will import future TV schedules into internal workflow tools and will check work lists to ensure accuracy. 

Service delivery  

  • Be the point of contact for production teams with responsibility for schedules, production scripts and media
  • Ensure we are meeting our client service level agreements
  • Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and courteous responses

Operational excellence

  • Identify ongoing resource requirements
  • Actively support the Production Manager who is managing Service Delivery on the day

Key Performance Indicators

  • Facilitate file work allocation using our central database, Plan Bee and our media management tools
  • Input and maintain our central data base, Plan Bee
  • Communicate with captioners and audio describers around availability of resources
