The Role:
CDC NSW is looking for a dynamic, passionate and self-motivated Service Delivery Clerkto join their team at Northmead depot. This is an ongoing full-time opportunity reporting to the Depot Manager to provide support across various tasks at Northmead Depot
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Customer Feedback is actioned within the KPI timeframe in line with TfNSW Contracts
- View and Download CCTV for all Customer Complaints, Accidents and Incident Investigation and provide accurate findings to the Shift Managers and Depot Manager
- Assist Operations Supervisors in a relief capacity, including daily shift coverage, printing of shift bats, and bus allocations
- Complete Purchase Orders (PO's) for all purchases for Northmead Depot and the invoicing of Rail Replacement
- Ordering of new and replacement uniforms for new and existing drivers
- Filing of sensitive information into the drivers' personnel files
- Assist Shift Managers and Depot Manager with any other adhoc duties as required
About You:
- A positive and motivated team player
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
- Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines despite conflicting priorities
Qualification and accreditations:
- Microsoft Office skills desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 desirable
