We're looking for individuals who are passionate about conservation, land management and working collaboratively. Your project, program, organizational and leadership skills will be key in juggling and meeting competing priorities, while your ability to motivate and influence your teams will be the key to achieving outcomes in a busy and changing environment.
To be successful in the role, you will also have:
- strong leadership, collaboration and engagement skills, particularly an ability to lead and support teams to plan and deliver funded, region-wide programs.
- strong project and program management and organisational skills, including experience in planning and implementing asset and financial management policy and procedures
- problem solving skills, initiative, self-motivation and a drive for continuous program improvement
- a strong understanding or workplace, health and safety policy and procedures
- high level negotiation and communication skills to ensure the efficient delivery of asset-related programs, in partnership with operational staff, across a large geographic area
- High level writing, communication, systems management and reporting skills.
