Reporting to: Lead Contract Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead contract administrator with day to day tasks required, tendering of projects, quote requests, basic reporting, end of project documentation and handover requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and reporting to lead contract administrator daily
- Assist with SWMS, SOPS and Insurances for submission to clients
- Assist with maintain appropriate registers and progress monitoring for contractors
- Identify customer needs & suggest improvements that could enhance our customer’s experience
- Assist lead contract administrator with scheduling and understand projected workflow and customer availability
- Creation of purchase orders with close attention to detail
- Assist with any other day to day requirements that come up across the team
- Previous experience in contract administration, procurement, or project management within the construction industry preferred.

- Competent in Microsoft systems
- Knowledge with Aroflo is preferred
- Experience in system implementation is preferred
