We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Operator. You will be responsible for working with customers, technicians on Mondays and Tuesdays. Reporting to the Office Team Leader in a team focused environment, this is a great opportunity to utilise your professional skills daily.
The role is a 6-month contract – 2 days a week (Monday and Tuesday). There may be additional hours during peak times to cover staff leave also.
What you'll do:
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Deal with challenging customers in a professional manner.
- Book jobs with customer and schedule technician job runs.
- Maintain relationships with internal staff and external stakeholders.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience working in an office environment with a strong Call Centre and customer service focus.
- Highly organized with a proven record of juggling multiple tasks and demands.
- Experience in a similar role, managing inbound and outbound phone calls with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear verbal communication skills.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Proven ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with customers and technicians.
