Assistant Project Manager - Telecoms

Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support our Clients Project Services team and be a valuable asset in our Client Services, Business Development, and Technical Services teams.

For The Job:

• Effective contractor management.
• Coordination of Telecommunications Site License Agreements and SAED.
• Efficient logistics management.
• Assist in project cash flow and revenue forecasting.
• Timely and on-budget project delivery.
• Prepare project and safety documentation and coordinate project tasks.
• Collaborate in costing client solutions and procurement of project equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers, and report on project status.
• Foster positive stakeholder, vendor, and team relationships.
• Ensure high-quality asset safeguarding and support process optimization.
• Proactively identify and address risks and system improvements.
• Manage supplier and client invoice approvals and provide administrative support.

Competencies & Experience Required:

• Knowledge of project management methodology and lifecycle.
• Experience in project coordination or administration.
• Telecom experience.

Qualifications Required:

• Qualification in project management or administration is advantageous.
