Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support our Clients Project Services team and be a valuable asset in our Client Services, Business Development, and Technical Services teams.

- Prepare project and safety documentation and coordinate project tasks.
- Collaborate in costing client solutions and procurement of project equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers, and report on project status.
- Foster positive stakeholder, vendor, and team relationships.
- Ensure high-quality asset safeguarding and support process optimization.
- Proactively identify and address risks and system improvements.
- Manage supplier and client invoice approvals and provide administrative support.
- Participating in the development and improvement of the Business Excellence System.
- Implementing the Business Excellence System within your area of responsibility.
- Participating in quality audits.
- Taking ownership of issues and improvements relevant to your area of responsibility.
- Knowledge of project management methodology and lifecycle.
- Experience in project coordination or administration.
- Telecom experience.
- Qualification in project management or administration is advantageous.
