AddressSMA Australia has a full-time opportunity for a Field Service Technician in our Large-Scale Utilities team. The position is remote ie, a mix of working in a Field Service environment and working from home. Must be available for regular travel to remote regions including interstate with occasional international travel required also. This would suit someone based in Brisbane/Sydney or Melbourne.
The SMA Field Service Technician is responsible for providing second-level customer and Field Services technical support, with safety as the number one priority for our staff and our customers. Duties include developing & maintaining expert knowledge of Sunny Central family of products. Key responsibilities include commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, liaising with the Service Regional Lead for week to week Service activities & analyzing of Large-Scale solar PV systems.
