We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and confident Assistant Property Manager, to join our friendly and professional team.
Your responsibilities would include the following, but are not limited to:· Follow your Managers instructions and indications
· Lead & manage the Front Office Team in the absence of the Manager
· Hands on management of the building including day to day operations (both property letting management & hotel management)
· Be willing to go the extra mile to help drive customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of customer service throughout the venue
· Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers ensuring a positive experience
· Assist with rostering and report writing – including the maintenance of a daily Duty Log
· Recruitment, training and development of staff whilst continuing to build a positive working culture within the venue
· Management of labour costs and stock control
· Ensure polices and systems are maintained
· Cooperate and assisting with managing all relevant departments
· Respond, attend to & record all emergency incidents on site
· Full working rights required
· Previous management experience
· Hold a current driver's license, and have the ability to drive manual and auto cars
· Ability to work flexible hours. Work varied shifts on a rotating roster (including week days, weekends, nights and public holidays)

Our requirements:
· The candidate MUST have a valid driver license
· The candidate has experience in tourism, hospitality, real-estate or retail
· The candidate has ambition to pursue a career in the property management or hotel industry
