We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join our highly experienced and results-driven team.
In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Property Manager and a Property Manager, with support from our leasing team, accounts team, and head of department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their real estate career, with potential to manage their own portfolio in the future.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with arrears management
- Assisting with lease renewal management
- Assisting with property maintenance
- Liaising with tenants
- Conducting property inspections
- Assisting with property exits and entries
- Reporting to property owners
- Handling tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for property repairs and maintenance, keys etc
Skills/Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have a current real estate registration and at least 6 months of experience in a real estate role. Other essential skills and experience include:
- Professionalism and approachability
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High ability to prioritize workload
- Enthusiastic, accountable, and professional approach
- Mature-minded, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of property legislation and regulations
