This role is a multifaceted position, collaborating closely with our Senior Property Manager. The position is full time, Monday - Fridays from 8:30am - 5pm.
Your responsibilities will span various tasks, including:
- Conduct Routine inspections as well as entry & exit condition reports using your attention to detail to complete written & photo reports
- Property viewings
- Follow up on maintenance requests
- And any additional tasks in support of the property management team
- Ad-hoc duties as required

Must haves:
- A valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration is
- Valid Queensland driver's license
- A minimum of six (6) months experience in property management
