Assistant Property Manager

Working out of stunning modern offices our client requires the services of an Assistant Property Manafer to join their award-winning Property Management team. Working Monday – Saturday with ongoing training and support provided. This would be an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to progress or kickstart their Real Estate career!

The Role:

As their new Assistant Property Manager, you will be given the opportunity to work with a local portfolio on Sydney’s North Shore. We are looking for individuals that have previous Real Estate or customer service skills that can service their premium clients. Working alongside a Senior Property Manager your role will involve:

• Assist the Property Managers 
• Manage all Tenant inquiries via web, phone, email, and walk-ins
• Conduct Open for inspections mid-week and Saturday’s
• Qualify prospective Tenants and match with properties as they become listed
• Processing of Tenancy Applications
• Arrange professional photography for rental listings
• Arrange For Lease Signs and Leased stickers
• General Ad hoc and admin support for the Property Managers

The Candidate:The ideal candidate will possess the following;

• Previous Real Estate experience is desired
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Hunger for success and a 'can-do attitude
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
