The Role:
As their new Assistant Property Manager, you will be given the opportunity to work with a local portfolio on Sydney’s North Shore. We are looking for individuals that have previous Real Estate or customer service skills that can service their premium clients. Working alongside a Senior Property Manager your role will involve:
- Assist the Property Managers
- Manage all Tenant inquiries via web, phone, email, and walk-ins
- Conduct Open for inspections mid-week and Saturday’s
- Qualify prospective Tenants and match with properties as they become listed
- Processing of Tenancy Applications
- Arrange professional photography for rental listings
- Arrange For Lease Signs and Leased stickers
- General Ad hoc and admin support for the Property Managers
- Previous Real Estate experience is desired
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Hunger for success and a 'can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
