Assistant Property Manager

We're presenting an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join us as an Assistant Property Manager, working alongside a high-caliber team based in Brisbane CBD. You'll collaborate closely with our Property and Facilities Management team, contributing to the day-to-day management of the asset. This includes tasks such as tenant liaison, lease administration, financial management, and general office duties. Additionally, you'll gain exposure to working directly with the Landlord.

Responsibilities:

• Building positive relationships with tenants and addressing their needs promptly.
• Managing lease administration to ensure compliance by both the owner and tenants.
• Assisting with organizing building activations and events for occupants.
• Monitoring financial transactions related to leases and contracts.
• Handling various administrative tasks such as preparing reports, attending meetings, and greeting clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in property administration with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to thrive in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills to foster strong working relationships.
• A positive attitude and flexibility in approach to work.
• Ideally, a Certificate IV in Property Services or a willingness to work towards it, showing a commitment to further education in the property sector.
• A desire to learn and grow in the commercial property industry.
