Working alongside our senior property managers, maintenance scheduling & lease management will form a primary function of this role, while also assisting with varied day to day Property Management duties as required. Our goal is to grow you into the role, providing best practice training along the way, with a view to managing your own portfolio when the time is right.
A positive and customer focused attitude is more important to us than experience, however the below criteria is essential to a successful outcome when applying for this role:
- Current drivers license
- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Understanding of the importance of systems & procedures
- Professional presentation
- A willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail
- Sense of humour & ability to multi-task
- Computer literate (MS Office & Outlook essential)
- Flexible hours, with some Saturday work required.
