Are you ready to take the next step in your Real Estate career? We are currently looking for a new member to join our growing team on a part time basis, Monday - Friday and the hours will be 9am - 4pm, NO weekend work. In this role, you will dive into a multifaceted position, collaborating closely with our Senior Property Managers. Your responsibilities will span various task.
Qualifications & experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a small office/team environment
- Have a current Real Estate Certificate or happy to obtain one
- Hold a current driver's license
Tasks & responsibilities
- Property Viewings
- Routine Inspections
- Administration
- Entry/Exit Reports
- Additional tasks to support property management team
