What We're Looking For:
- Preferred Qld Real Estate Certificate (to be obtained within the first 3 months of employment)
- While prior experience is advantageous, it's not essential; we provide comprehensive on the job
- Demonstrate a keen willingness to adapt and excel in a fast-paced setting
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly

The Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact, promptly responding to inbound calls and email inquiries and directing them to the correct personnel
- As the face of the front reception, you are our Director of First Impressions, leaving a lasting mark on every client interaction
- Assist our seasoned Property Manager As our Property Management Assistant, you will assist our experienced Property Managers with day-to-day tasks in administration tasks and out of office
- Potential for growth in the future from both our Receptionist and Property Management Assistant positions
- Primary software packages used to support the role are Ailo, Inspect Real Estate, Pricefinder & Realworks
