Assistant Property Manager / Administrator

The Opportunity

Working within our North Lakes office,this entry level position will involve assisting with all aspects of property management for a portfolio of 150-180 properties. You will be managing enquiries and correspondence, providing administrative assistance, coordinating tenancy processes, and assisting with inspections. You will have a chance to grow and apply your social housing knowledge as our organisation transitions to this space.

This position is permanent full-time Monday to Friday.

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the industry, and learn from senior team members to develop your Property Management capability.

The Ideal Candidate

• MUST have a current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence / registration
• Previous experience in real estate is desirable
• A keen interest in social housing and helping those from disadvantaged backgrounds through stable and secure housing
• Must hold a current driver's license
• Experience with using the MS Suite of products
• Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders from a range of backgrounds
• Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
