Due to growth, we are seeking a career-minded Assistant Property Manager with strong value alignment to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager – Real Estate Services and working closely with the Property managers within the team. This role will also assist with providing cover and support to Property managers.
The position is based on Ann Street at Elevate Residential and the BHC’ group’s head office, balanced with travel to properties across Brisbane.

About You
While your experience and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service will set you apart you will also:
- Be comfortable doing routine inspections, entries & exits
- Have a drivers license and own vehicle (parking space will be supplied when the use of own vehicle is needed). Mileage reimbursement is available in line with the Real Estate Industry Award 2020.
- Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate (essential).
- Be career driven – you are enthusiastic to take the role further in property management and grow with the team (opportunity to have your own portfolio in time).
- Strong administration skills (attention to detail, following processes and procedure and checklists.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Highly professional manner, enjoy interacting with and meeting with people.
