Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager member due to growth within the business.
The Role:
As their new Assistant Property Manager, you will be given the opportunity to work within an experienced team to learn the ropes of the industry and best practice.
- Assist with with management of Tenant inquiries and maintenance requests via web, phone, email, and walk-ins
- Conduct Open for inspections
- Conduct Routine Inspections
- Processing of Tenancy Applications
- General Ad hoc and admin support for the Property Management Department
- Salary up to $75,000 depending on experience
- 1 in 4 Saturday's with TIL
- Previous Real Estate experience is desired or transferable customer service experience
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
- Hunger for success and a 'can-do' attitude
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
