Form of workWe are seeking a motivated person to join our great Property Management division as a Assistant Property Manager. Although Real Estate experience will be of great benefit, we are open to a fresh face we can teach the role, someone with great energy, well presented and who really enjoys being around people. This role will keep you busy, liaising with Property Managers to organise opens, managing tenant enquiries, conducting open and private inspections, application processing, conduct routine inspections and entry reports. This role is a direct career pathway into Property Manager with great growth and training provided!
The role is fulltime, with Saturday work a requirement.
What you'll need
- Agents Representative Certificate or Cert 4 in Property
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable motor vehicle
- Current and clear police check
- A strong customer service background
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively
- A positive can-do attitude
