Part-time position (3 days per week) for an assistant Property Development Manager, 2-3 years experience with a solid understanding of Property Development, town planning, project feasibility, property acquisitions and leasing parameters in VIC and NSW.
We are seeking a mature, well-spoken professional, with excellent communication, administration, report writing and documenting skills, capable of working independently and driving/over-seeing contract administration and reporting during entire Development Management phase.
Experience in liaising with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Builders, Council is a vital requirement therefore knowledge of project development, reading architectural plans, understanding building contracts, tenders, project reports, tracking project costs and local Council process is ‘essential’ along with attending meetings (including zoom) at which time presentation and grooming must be a high standard.
Working alongside the Development Manager and reporting directly to Managing Director.
This is a work from home, Melbourne based position and would suit a highly organised, self-motivated, disciplined, reliable, honest, positive can-do person seeking to join a small Team of liked minded successful professionals in a fast moving and changing environment.
Childcare development experience would be an advantage.
