We are seeking a proactive and organised Receptionist/Property Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while assisting with various administrative tasks to support our property management operations.
This full-time position is pivotal in supporting the expansion of our Property Management department, offering comprehensive on-the-job training and a chance to learn and grow within the role. Your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks including:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, taking messages and handling enquiries as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and always welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as digital filing, scanning, and data entry to support property management operations.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as requested.
- Assist with tenant enquiries and maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to tenants, leases, and property maintenance activities.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A current Agents Representative license (or currently studying)
- A valid driver's license
- Impeccable presentation and strong communication skills
- Exceptional time management abilities
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to work efficiently
